It has its own fully functioning private bar, private smoking area, heated, with a Bluetooth sound system- perfect for any private function throughout the Winter months. The marquee holds up to 140 people for a buffet or drinks, and for sit down meals the marquee can comfortably seat 120 people.
Included is a bluetooth music system, so bring your own playlist and dance the night away!

Marquee Booking Details
Our beautiful marquee is available for exclusive hire with a minimum booking of 40 guests. We offer flexible catering options to suit your occasion, from buffet-style dining to three-course sit-down meals, all of which can be tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements.
For all bookings of 40+ guests, we'll open our private bar exclusively for your party, and we can arrange hire of linens, tablecloths, and any additional items you need—simply let us know in advance for a quote. A discretionary 10% service charge applies to all food bills, supporting both our front and back of house teams, and we kindly ask for final guest numbers two weeks before your event. Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Marquee hire period for?
The usual hire period is 5 hours, so either 12.00 noon to 5.00pm, or 6.00pm to 11.00pm. Extended hire periods are available on request. There is a hire charge of £150.00 for the full tent which is payable at the time of booking and is non- refundable. A booking is not confirmed until your payment is received.
How do I pay the final balance?
The final balance is due 7 days prior to your booking. We must have received cleared funds prior to your date.
Can I have live music?
While DJs are unfortunately not permitted, you are very welcome to have a band or solo singer, provided no percussion is involved. Live performances must conclude by 10:00 PM. After this, you’re welcome to connect your music to our Bluetooth speakers at a reduced volume until 11:00 PM. From 11:00 PM onward, our house playlist will be played at background volume.
Please ensure that bass levels are kept low on any connected devices. We reserve the right to switch off music if these conditions are not met by any members of your party, including performers.
If you need recommendations, we’re happy to suggest musicians and bands we’ve worked with in the past.
