Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons. A non-refundable hire fee is required to secure your date, with final balance due 7 days before your event.
What happens if it rains?
Our stretch tent is fully weatherproof with gas heating towers for comfort. However, if severe weather prevents use of the tent, we cannot provide indoor alternatives within the main restaurant.
Can we bring our own music?
Absolutely! Our professional Bluetooth Bose sound system connects to your devices. Live acoustic music is welcome, though drum kits and DJs are not permitted out of respect for our neighbours.
What's included in the hire fee?
The hire fee covers the tent space, sound system, heating, and dedicated staff member. Food, drinks, and extended hire periods are additional. Private bar service is included for groups of 40+.
How many people can the tent hold?
For drinks and buffet-style events: up to 140 guests. For seated dining: comfortably seats 60-70 people. Half-tent bookings available for smaller groups (minimum 20 people).
What payment is required?
Hire fees are £150 for full tent or £75 for half tent, payable at booking. This is non-refundable and secures your date. Final event balance must be cleared 7 days prior to your event.
Can we extend our hire period?
Yes! While standard hire is 5 hours, extended periods are available on request. Contact us to discuss your requirements and additional costs.
What cancellation policy do you have?
We require 14 days notice for cancellations. The initial hire fee is non-refundable, but other costs may be recoverable depending on timing and circumstances.
